Customer Satisfaction Guarantee - Returning Merchandise
If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please email us within 7 days of receipt of goods with your order number. Merchandise must be in perfect condition. Subject to restocking fee of 50%..( Please note that all clothing is non refundable due to the nature of this item unless on defective clothing)

Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.Our payment prosser companies are Website Payments Pro PayPal.
Cancel an order
To cancel your order please send an email quoting your order reference and reason for cancelling to customers@glowauthority.com, or alternatively call 1.514.313.6111 please note that orders can not be cancelled after dispatch.

Refunds

In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our web site.
